Cool People
We are delighted to share that Space Brokers has been involved with two expansion operations for our successful client CoolPeople.
🇨🇿 PRAGUE: Expansion and relocation from the Element building to the Trimaran building at the White Star in Prague. As Cool People was growing, the company needed a new more compact space to accommodate its employees, so this move was inevitable. It will now occupy 3,117 sqm on the same floor.
🇸🇰 BRATISLAVA: Expansion within an existing building and upgrade of their capacity by 702 sqm. Cool People will occupy approx. 1610 sqm in total including the terrase at CBC I Nové Nivy.
