Lease extension! For our long-standing client, HELICAR, provider of logistics services mainly to customers in the home electronics sector, we have managed to negotiate an extension of the existing lease of 17,600 sqm at Prologis Park Prague D1 East. Following this, we would like to thank HELICAR, namely Tomáš Hanzlik for his excellent and long-term cooperation and Anna Jůzová and Martin Balaz from Prologis for their collaboration in reaching a mutually satisfactory agreement in the negotiation process.
