Ondrej started to work at commercial real estate market in 2014. He’s leased out over 50,000 sqm of office space for more than 100 clients. Ondrej is a client-oriented manager with his client’s interests at heart. In Space Brokers he is focusing on tenant representation and special search for tailored office space based on individual needs and requirements of each client.

• JUNGLE INTERIORS –office and warehouse space in polyfunctional building in former brewery areal in Branik

• CCS debit cards, Ltd. – relocation of the headquarter in Prague 

• ENDORPHINE REPUBLIC – retail space for leading distributor of sportswear 

• COOLPEOPLE – relocation and expansion of external IT provider in the Czech Republic 

• HUAJIE DEVELOPMENT – new office and retail space in Karlin, Prague 

• BETSYS – newly established headquarter in the Nile House Karlin in Prague

• BONAMI – office relocation within Prague
