It was an honour to be part of the grand opening of the newly built CONTERA Park Ostrava D1 yesterday!
This new project is being built on a former brownfield site and represents exactly 150,000 sqm. At the moment, two of the three buildings have been completed and are already fully leased. The remaining one is due for completion in spring 2023 and will provide 12,000 sqm of lettable space.
The modern technological park will be an instrumental part of Contera Park and is scheduled for construction between 2023 and 2024.
