For our client, Swiss Automotive Group, we have renegotiated the existing lease terms at SEGRO Logistics Park Prague. Over and above the agreement, we managed to secure additional square meters, bringing the total area to 12,220 sqm. It is definitely a win-win solution where the landlord has retained a quality tenant in its premises and our client has been able to expand the space within the project.
