TPL Expands in CTPark Cerhovice
We’re excited to announce that TPL, a 🇨🇿 Czech family-owned logistics company, has leased 7,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in the newly developed building at CTPark Cerhovice.
TPL has a long-standing presence in the region and primarily provides logistics services to clients in the food industry.
We are pleased to have secured attractive lease terms for our client and to continue our successful cooperation with TPL, building on our previous collaboration in Slovakia.
📍 There are still 14,000 sqm of high-quality logistics space available for lease in the park.
