With a strong background in the commercial real estate sector, Michael brings valuable expertise in leasing warehouse and production spaces across the Czech Republic - particularly in the Prague region and surrounding areas. He specializes in both modern logistics halls and older industrial complexes, providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.
In his new role, Michael will be responsible for leasing and reletting warehouse spaces, primarily handling demand ranging from 100 sqm to 2,000 sqm —though he’s always happy to take on larger opportunities as well!
